| Martien Groeneveld Het
werkterrein van Martien Groeneveld is de muziek; muziek in de breedste
zin van het woord. "Alles om je heen kun je gebruiken als een klankbord
voor muziek." Vanuit dit idee ontwerpt en bouwt hij zijn eigen instrumenten,
zoals de Reuze Xylofoon, de VW -Kever Harp, de Riolofoon en de Waterfluit.
Met deze en vele andere instrumenten geeft hij optredens: muziek om
naar te kijken. Martien Groeneveld speelt nationaal en internationaal,
op heel diverse lokaties voor een heel divers publiek: van peuterperfofmance
in Kudelstaart tot Wereld tentoonstelling Hannover 2000.

Groenveld's discpline is music; music in the broadest sense of the word.
" You can use everything around you as a sound board for music".
Based upon this idea Groeneveld designs and builds his own instruments,
such as the Giant Xylofone, the VW Beatle Harp, the Sewer Phone and
the Water Flute. He performs with these and many other instruments;
it is music to look at. Martien Groeneveld's sound scapes are held for
a broad public at diverse locations, on both a national and international
level; from shows for children at Kudelstaart to the World Exhibition
in Hannover 2000.
